SKILLS REQUIRED:

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️8+ years of core SAP FICO experience with deep specialization in S/4HANA Finance systems

✔️Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Fiori app design, catalog configuration, validation, and lifecycle deployment

✔️Strong functional understanding of core FI modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Asset Accounting)

✔️Proven track record collaborating with technical ABAP/UI5 development teams to define functional specifications for custom applications

✔️Deep experience managing complex cross-functional integrations, specifically FI-MM and FI-SD touchpoints

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️Functional familiarity with Controlling (CO) sub-modules: Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Product Costing

✔️Experience building or designing financial reporting dashboards via SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI

✔️Full-lifecycle implementation experience (ideally 2+ greenfield or brownfield S/4HANA projects)

✔️Active SAP Certification (S/4HANA Finance, FICO, or SAP Fiori/UX UX100/UX200)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Elite Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Fiori Consultant with 8–12 years of enterprise financial systems experience to join our global technology team in a hybrid capacity out of Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA. This specialized role bridges functional finance excellence and cutting-edge digital user experiences, focusing heavily on designing, configuring, and deploying financial Fiori applications. The ideal candidate will orchestrate role-based dashboards, UI-driven workflows, and intuitive transactional screens that optimize global financial operations, reporting efficiency, and end-user adoption.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and functional mapping of SAP Fiori applications customized for critical enterprise accounting and controlling processes.

✔️Partner closely with ABAP and UI5 development teams to draft comprehensive functional specifications, evaluate UI behavior, and govern custom Fiori app extensions.

✔️Design and optimize role-based Fiori dashboards and financial launchpads to deliver clean, real-time reporting insights directly to corporate executive stakeholders.

✔️Conduct detailed impact analysis on proposed frontend Fiori modifications to safeguard system reliability and minimize risks during hyper-critical month-end financial close windows.

✔️Own the execution of rigorous System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and automated regression testing scripts to validate data integrity across backend ledgers.

✔️Drive operational excellence through systematic defect resolution, root-cause troubleshooting of frontend-to-backend data flows, and hypercare support during post-go-live stabilization.

✔️Support secondary management accounting structures as needed, aligning profit center reports, cost center hierarchies, and product costing validation rules inside the Fiori ecosystem.
