Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders under RN supervision
- Monitor patient status, vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Perform routine nursing tasks including basic wound care, injections, and dressing changes
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain safety and comfort
- Document care provided, update electronic charts, and communicate changes to the care team
- Collaborate with licensed staff to support care plans and ensure quality, person-centered care

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (18:00–06:30)
- Prior long-term care or LTC setting experience preferred
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program; high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass health screenings and comply with facility onboarding and infection control protocols
