As a caregiver with Senior Helpers – Rochester, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful in-home relationships that significantly contribute to the quality of life of the seniors in your care. We carefully align your professional expertise with the unique needs of each client, ensuring a rewarding and impactful role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging conversation and recreational activities
• Perform household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a tidy environment

Requirements

• A compassionate nature and genuine desire to support others
• Willingness to acquire new skills to effectively assist clients
• Prior experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, or nursing assistance is advantageous
• Certifications such as CNA, PCA, RN, LPN, LVN, or HHA are highly preferred
