About Us: Total Package Car Wash is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Details: As a member of our team, you will ensure that every customer enjoys a safe, speedy, clean, and friendly car wash experience. Your role will include assisting the Site Manager and following safety procedures, maintaining the site's appearance, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in daily operations as needed.
• Operate equipment to include pay stations and POS.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in the training and development of employees.
• Foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Execute open and close duties as per prescribed procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Minimum of three years prior management experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast, quickly changing environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Be detail orientated.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy working outside.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
• Possess or is willing to learn mechanical skills for equipment support.
• Be able to work at least 40 hours a week including evenings and weekends with a varying schedule.
