Our Sales channel is at the core of who we are at AdvantageFirst Lending – a consumer direct marketing platform focused on providing excellent service to our customers across 34 states and growing. Our Loan Officers receive daily warm transfers and are well versed on recommending loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and mortgage policy. Our Lending Officers put their clients' needs first to pre-qualify and provide a consultative, customer first approach, to determine the loan program that best fits their specific financial goals.
Licensed Lending Officers receive a high-volume lead flow daily. Loan Officers will evaluate customer needs, and sell valuable financial solutions to clients across the country. Builds rapport, analyzes financial situations, and determines the appropriate loan product to meet their client's goals. Educates clients on how to better manage their mortgage and debt. Assists clients through the loan process from application to closing. Maintains minimum production standards including originations & fundings.
1+ years of recent mortgage origination experience in a similar platform REQUIRED. Must be willing to commute to one of our offices in Rancho Santa Margarita. Remote and Hybrid options will be considered on a case-by-case basis. NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding 3 or more active state licenses. Proven production of top performance in alike model REQUIRED. Flexible and adaptable, learns and reacts quickly at a faster than average pace. Excellent customer service & follow through – we're here to take care of our clients.
