A growing Family Medicine practice is looking to add another BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their team in Crawfordsville, IN! Less than 1 hour to downtown Indianapolis and 40 minutes to Lafayette!

• This small family practice is part of a multispecialty group with much primary care (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine) and specialty physician groups (Endocrinology, Cardiology, Psychiatry, OB/GYN, Urgent Care, Infectious Disease, Urology, Palliative care, Critical Care, Hospitalists, etc.) includes over 1,100 MD/DOs and APPs.

About this role - Family Medicine

• Join a team of 3 physicians and 4 Nurse practitioners
• Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Flexible schedule
• Average outpatient volume: 18-20 patients per day
• Shared Call 1:9 with Nurse Triage System
• Physician will provide oversight to 2 Internal Medicine NPs
• Common Diagnoses:
• Child and adult wellness visits
• Back pain
• Endocrinology issues
• Hypertension
• Heart failure

 

Background Desired - Family Medicine

• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• MD/DO
• ACLS/BLS
• IN Medical License or in progress
