A growing Family Medicine practice is looking to add another BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their team in Crawfordsville, IN! Less than 1 hour to downtown Indianapolis and 40 minutes to Lafayette!

About the Group:
- This small family practice is part of a multispecialty group with much primary care (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine) and specialty physician groups (Endocrinology, Cardiology, Psychiatry, OB/GYN, Urgent Care, Infectious Disease, Urology, Palliative care, Critical Care, Hospitalists, etc.) includes over 1,100 MD/DOs and APPs.
- Their 12 hospitals, make it one of the largest health care systems in the region. 240 plus locations, most are renowned Centers of Health Care Excellence. About this role - Family Medicine
- Join a team of 3 physicians and 4 Nurse practitioners
- Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Flexible schedule
- Average outpatient volume: 18-20 patients per day
- Shared Call 1:9 with Nurse Triage System
- Physician will provide oversight to 2 Internal Medicine NPs
- Common Diagnoses:
- Child and adult wellness visits
- Back pain
- Endocrinology issues
- Hypertension
- Heart failure
Background Desired - Family Medicine
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- MD/DO
- ACLS/BLS
- IN Medical License or in progress
