Medical Spa Sales Manager / Director

Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is seeking an experienced, results-driven Medical Spa Sales Manager / Director to join our growing team in Louisville, Kentucky.

This role is ideal for a strong sales leader with experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or another high-ticket consultative sales environment. The right candidate will be confident leading a team, driving revenue, improving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue goals
Conduct and oversee client consultations
Drive sales of high-value treatment packages and services
Coach, train, and motivate team members to improve performance
Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, follow-ups, and overall results
Support clients with financing options and applications
Develop strategies to increase revenue, retention, and client satisfaction
Maintain a professional and performance-driven team environment
Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure an excellent client experience

Requirements

Proven sales leadership and management experience
Strong experience closing high-ticket packages or services
Medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetics, wellness, or similar experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Strong coaching, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Comfortable discussing premium pricing and asking for the sale
Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
Must be comfortable working onsite in Louisville, Kentucky

Compensation
$50,000–$60,000 per year + commission + performance-based bonuses
