LOCATION: Full-time onsite in Herndon, VA

We are needing a highly capable IT Program Manager to lead matrixed technical teams and drive delivery of secure, high‑impact solutions. This role blends hands‑on project leadership, Agile coaching, and technical oversight across complex environments. You will guide development efforts, manage schedules and milestones, analyze system vulnerabilities, and ensure disciplined execution using Jira and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• Leading matrixed technical resources to deliver solutions.
• Providing instruction, and mentoring as relates to Agile development methods and technical skills development.
• Managing projects, tracking schedules and milestones.
• Developing scope, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Performing analysis of system vulnerability scans and recommending necessary remediation based on scan result analysis.
• Using Jira.
• Using Confluence.

SCHEDULE:
