Orthopedic Clinical Lead
Join a dynamic and growing orthopedic medical group as a Clinical Lead, where your expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinical operations within the orthopedic medical group to ensure high-quality patient care
- Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance and improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with administrative leadership to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and patient satisfaction
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Stay current with advancements in orthopedic care and integrate best practices into clinical protocols
- Facilitate effective communication between clinical teams and other departments
Skills and Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or related specialty
- Proven experience in orthopedic clinical practice, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic procedures, treatments, and patient management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement processes
