Job Summary

Rodeo Cannabis Co. is a vertically integrated cannabis company with cultivation, manufacturing, and dispensary operations in Connecticut. We are hiring across multiple departments at our Sterling, CT facility. All open positions are part-time at 32 hours per week with a flat pay rate of $18.00 per hour and set Tuesday-based schedules that include a consistent three-day weekend. No prior cannabis experience is required for most roles. Training is provided.

Open Positions

2 Openings - Packaging Technician

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Description: Package finished cannabis products. Verify labels, printing, and unit counts. Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

2 Openings - Packaging Technician

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Description: Package finished cannabis products. Verify labels, printing, and unit counts. Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

1 Opening - Flower Technician

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Description: Process, trim, sort, and prepare cannabis flower across multiple production operations including grinding, pre-roll manufacturing, and extraction prep.

1 Opening - Custodial Technician

Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Description: Maintain cleanliness across the entire facility including production floors, offices, restrooms, and common areas. Follow sanitation SOPs and Connecticut cannabis facility cleanliness standards.

1 Opening - Driver / Utility

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Description: Support facility logistics, perform product deliveries, and assist with utility tasks across the operation. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

General Requirements (All Roles)

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures in a regulated environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to commit to the set schedule of the chosen position.
• Must be 18 years of age or older per Connecticut cannabis regulations.
• Must successfully pass a background check as required by Connecticut cannabis industry compliance.
• Driver / Utility role: valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cannabis, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry production.
• Familiarity with seed-to-sale compliance tracking systems such as Biotrack or METRC.
• Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, custodial services, or driving / logistics depending on the role.

Note: No prior cannabis experience is required for most roles. We provide training for the right candidates.
