Senior Human Resources Generalist

This Senior HR Generalist role provides advanced HR support to the VP of HR & IT, covering recruitment, benefits administration, leaves (including FMLA), employee relations, personnel records, performance evaluations, compensation, policy and handbook administration, compliance, and staff training. The position is based in Grand Rapids, MI, with hybrid in-office work.
