Schedule: Full time

Shift: Monday Friday, 8:30am 5pm, flexible, rotating weekends, some call

Location: We have need for nurses to perform home visits in the Villages, Lady Lake, Summerfield and/or Fruitland Park

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Entry level competency of Physical therapy practice, theory, principle, and applications as defined in competency department policies.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English.

Education:

Associate [Required]

Physical Therapy Assistant

Work Experience:

1+ home health experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) [Required]

Basic Life Support CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Driver's License (DL) [Preferred]
