Job Title: Speech‑Language Pathologist – FSUS (Fall 2026) (Part‑time, OPS) Location: Tallahassee, FL Regular/Temporary: Temporary Full/Part Time: Part‑Time Job ID: 62268 Department Florida State University Schools Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive speech‑language services and progress monitoring tools to enhance students’ communication skills and access to curriculum. Coordinate and manage the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process. Provide direct and indirect speech‑language intervention using evidence‑based practices, implementing individualized goals aligned with educational standards and IEP. Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Coordinate case management including IEP development, scheduling, and documentation. Ensure timelines, procedural safeguards, and compliance requirements are met. Maintain accurate service logs and progress reports. Conduct screenings, assessments, and reevaluations. Interpret assessment data and prepare comprehensive reports. Participate in eligibility determination meetings. Consult with teachers, administrators, service providers, and families to support student achievement and educational access. Provide strategies and accommodations for classroom implementation. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Qualifications Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
