What We're Looking For Prior front desk, medical office, hospitality, retail, or strong customer-service experience is ideal, but we are willing to train the right person. A warm, dependable, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, coachable, strong follow-through, able to learn and use resources independently, comfortable multitasking, and genuinely great with people. A genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or wellness and excitement about developing your knowledge of the industry. A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and looks for ways to support patients and teammates without always needing direction. Strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to confidently make decisions in a busy environment. Social media experience is a plus, we have a ton of opportunity for great content! What You'll Do Create an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming patients, managing check-in and check-out, processing payments, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for. Coordinate appointments, confirmations, reminders, phone calls, emails, and provider communication to help keep the patient experience seamless and organized. Take ownership of the front desk by opening and closing the office, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment, and proactively identifying what needs attention throughout the day.
