# Electronic AssemblerSolon, OH, United StatesFind out how well you match with this jobJob ID8683**Job Title:**Electronic Assembler**What You’ll Do*** Perform complex assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies for aerospace and defense systems.* Interpret and follow detailed visual aids, engineering drawings, and written instructions to assemble, modify, or rework units.* Hand-load and solder PCB assemblies, including fine-pitch components, following IPC-J-STD and IPC-D-610 standards.* Identify and repair soldering anomalies, working with both lead and lead-free solder under a microscope.* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.* Participate in offsite training to maintain industry certifications as required.* Actively contribute ideas for process improvement and operational excellence.**What You Bring*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* U.S. citizenship (required due to national security contracts).* 3–5 years of J-STD soldering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.* Certification to IPC-J-STD and IPC-D-610 standards (or willingness to obtain).* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify electronic component values.* Working knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a self-starter who can plan, execute, and complete tasks independently.* Willingness and ability to travel to Hollister, CA up to 75% during the first 90 days for training and onboarding**Why Join Us?*** **Mission-Driven Impact:** Be part of a team whose products are trusted in the most critical moments—when lives depend on performance.* **Hyper-Growth Environment:** Join a company experiencing rapid expansion, offering stability, prosperity, and the chance to shape the future of aerospace and defense.* **Culture of Belonging:** We foster a community where everyone belongs, voices are heard, and you can be yourself.
