Contract | Days | 5×8-hour shifts, 7:45-17:15 | No weekends | No on-call requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy to adult oncology and hematology patients in an ambulatory infusion setting
• Manage and monitor central line access throughout infusion therapy
• Operate ambulatory infusion pumps and utilize unit systems including Epic, Pyxis, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
• Maintain a patient assignment ratio of 1:5 in an infusion chair environment
• Collaborate with pharmacy and mixing technicians who handle all chemotherapy preparation
• Float between clinic locations as needed (within approximately 14 miles)

• Active RN license in NC or a Compact state (pending license acceptable for submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Oncology-specific RN experience
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Card (required)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (required)
• Central line experience required
• Must be available for all orientation classes during the first week; no RTO permitted during the first week of assignment

• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
• Prior experience with Epic EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Familiarity with ambulatory or outpatient infusion clinic environments

• First-time travelers are welcome, making this an excellent opportunity for RNs looking to begin their travel career in a specialized oncology setting
• Expected 40 hours per week with a structured daytime schedule and no weekend or on-call requirements
