Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our care team serving clients in Maryland and Washington, DC . This role is essential in providing high-quality, person-centered care in both facility and home settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders and appointment assistance
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE CNA Certification (Maryland) or HHA Certification (Washington, DC)
• MUST HAVE CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus

This position requires regular communication with patients in English. You must be comfortable speaking and writing in English as part of your daily responsibilities.
