This role offers $105K–$120K and the chance to shape the future of high-precision manufacturing.What You'll LeadDesign, simulate, and implement molding machinery and processesBuild equipment, fixtures, and automation solutionsSet up, qualify, and maintain a new molding production lineDocument, refine, and improve molding processesEvaluate workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency gainsImplement cost-saving measures and quality control systemsEnsure all processes and equipment meet safety standardsCollaborate across engineering, production, and cross-functional teamsTroubleshoot equipment and resolve complex technical challengesSupport procurement, installation, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat You BringBS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering2+ years hands-on experience designing or supporting molds and molding systems2+ years' experience in a production or assembly environmentStrong troubleshooting skills for equipment and systemsAbility to communicate complex ideas across multidisciplinary teamsCreative problem-solving, adaptability, and a continuous-improvement mindsetKnowledge of Lean and/or Six SigmaBonus: Experience with project management, risk assessment, DOEPreferred experience with encapsulation, transfer, compression molding, or pottingThis is a high-impact engineering role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and wants to help build something from the ground up.Interested in stepping into a role where your engineering expertise truly moves the needle?
