Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Coordinator to support daily warehouse receiving operations in Strongsville, Ohio. This role is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, inspecting inbound materials, verifying product accuracy, and entering receipt data into the ERP system. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality control and inventory accuracy. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:
· Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
· Inspect inbound materials and verify accuracy against receiving documentation
· Enter receipt and inventory data into the ERP system
· Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple receiving tasks
· Operate electric and LP forklifts as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience preferred
· Ability to operate an electric and LP forklift
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
· Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
· Basic computer skills and ERP system experience preferred
