Pharmacy Manager

Position Summary Pharmacist in Charge: A pharmacist who leads a team of pharmacy staff to provide comprehensive patient care and community health services within Walmart Pharmacy. What you’ll do Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and comply with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. Maintain effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper sign‑off, and inventory levels. Model, enforce, and provide direction on proper customer service approaches to resolve customer needs within company guidelines. Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve as community members. Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews. What you’ll bring Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers. Expertise in analyzing data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Competence in analyzing financial data to support informed business decisions. Capability to manage a pharmacy, including staff and operational oversight. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Current pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE‑accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored). Preferred Qualifications U.S. pharmacy related experience. Location 905 Highway 16 W, Carthage, MS 39051-4426, United States. Salary Annual salary range: $112,000.00 – $197,000.00.
