Novelis Ashville Plant is seeking an Operations Leader to manage site operations with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement. You will lead engaged teams and work across functions to meet production goals while upholding Novelis’ safety culture. You will partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain, drive policies, and ensure alignment with union guidelines in a collaborative manufacturing setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Novelis
