A role as a Commercial Banker is for you.As Commercial Banker on the Healthcare, Higher Education & Non-Profit (HHN) Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries specializing in Healthcare, Higher Education & Non-Profit.The Healthcare, Higher Education & Non-Profit team is part of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Bank in its Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries group. In this role you will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships with the world's most innovative companies. We work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to deliver the entire firm to our clients.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and develop relationships with non-profit clients whose annual revenues are $50 million and above.Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset by serving as a Relationship Manager for HHN customers and prospectsDevelop new, and deepen existing, HHN relationships by focusing on key commercial banking solutions (e.g. credit, treasury, liquidity) and partner with other lines of business and business segments (e.g. Public Finance, Asset Management, and Consumer Banking) to develop fulsome relationships for the firmStay current with HHN industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships and bring thought leadership to our HHN customers and prospectsServe as an ambassador for the firm by bringing the full resources of JPMorgan Chase to our HHN customers and prospects (e.g. Corporate Responsibility, ESG, DEI)Mentor junior members on the HHN team, including Analysts and Associates, to contribute to the long-term success of our business and to assist with talent developmentRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills5 plus years' direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationshipsUnderstanding of Commercial Banking products and servicesKnowledge of the local marketAbility to collaborate with internal partners and resourcesDemonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributorSales management and business development skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsBachelor's degree and formal credit training preferredExcellent verbal, written and listening communication skillsStrong creative solution and problem solving abilitiesProficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationshipsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
