The Opportunity

The Practice

Foothill Presbyterian Hospital – Glendora, California

• 105-bed facility with a 20-bed Emergency Department.
• Annual neuro volume of 805 in 2023.
• Physicians rotate between Queen of the Valley Hospital, Foothill Presbyterian Hospital, and Inter-Community Hospital.
• Vituity-staffed Emergency Department offers integrated care solutions at this site.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
