Onsite Staffing Supervisor / Bilingual Recruiter - Empire Workforce Solutions, a fast-growing national staffing firm, seeks an experienced Onsite Staffing Supervisor to manage and coordinate temporary employees at our client’s facility in Pico Rivera, CA. You will interact with the client on a daily basis in both English and Spanish and act as the central contact for fulfillment requests.

 

You will earn $22 to $25 per hour and work Monday through Friday from 6:30AM to 3PM, plus overtime. You will also enjoy a generous company benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation time off and much more!

 

As an Onsite Staffing Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day client interaction, including daily information flow, problem solving, reporting, and on-site team management. You will also be expected to:

• Provide immediate customer service to the management team, associates, and clients.
• Ensure orders are communicated to branch offices to meet fulfillment requirements in a timely manner.
• Evaluate staffing levels to meet productivity goals for the company and complete weekly reports to identify recruitment needs.
• Conduct field associate orientations, performance checks, and safety walkthroughs, as needed.
• Assist with the development of client specific KPIs to ensure the highest performance.
• Keep and maintain complete and accurate employee records and applications internally.
• Perform full-cycle recruitment (placing ads, interviewing, submitting background checks/drug screens, updating employment records and conducting orientations) when permitted by client.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA, FDA, and state/federal regulations.

 

To qualify for this position, we require at least one year of staffing or recruitment experience and:

• Be able to speak both English and Spanish fluently.
• A flexible schedule including overtime.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
