Lead Physical Therapist - Patient-Centered Rehab
Atrium Health
Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, and educate patients and families.
You will gather data from records, coordinate with physicians and staff, document progress, and supervise PTA and rehab tech aides as required.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, active state license, and BLS; strong communication and clinical reasoning are essential.
