Coronal Polisher / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Serenity Smiles Dental Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Coronal Polisher / Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Murfreesboro! We proudly serve patients of all backgrounds, including those with dental anxiety, Medicaid, and Medicare patients. Responsibilities Perform coronal polishing under the supervision of the dentist. Assist with patient care and chairside procedures. Take digital radiographs. Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories. Help create a positive, comfortable patient experience. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. Assist with scheduling flow and maintaining clinical efficiency. Qualifications Active Tennessee RDA license required. Coronal polishing certification required. Minimum 6 months dental assisting experience required. X-ray certification preferred. Strong communication and patient rapport skills. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Open Dental is a plus. What We Offer Supportive and uplifting team environment.
