Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in the Greensboro-Winston-Salem-High Point Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will help clients buy and sell residential properties, including conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through contracts and closing processes. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with current and past clients, and actively networking within the community to grow business. The role involves analyzing local market trends, pricing properties competitively, creating listing presentations, and coordinating marketing activities such as online listings and open houses. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate closely with brokers, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to help clients navigate each step and deliver a high-quality, relationship-focused service experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License in North Carolina and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends, contracts, and transaction processes. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, including active listening, clear communication, and relationship-building skills. Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with MLS and real estate CRMs, comfort with digital marketing tools and social media, reliable transportation, and willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends as needed).
