Process Engineer

Responsibilities Process Optimization: Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost performance. Continuous Improvement Leadership: Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives (DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen) to eliminate waste and improve operations. Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. Standardization & Compliance: Develop and maintain SOPs/WIs while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards. Cross‑Functional Execution: Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field). 1‑3 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in a hands‑on production environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
