Now Hiring: SLP - Speech Language Pathologist (25/26 School Year) – Washington Location: Marysville, WA Contract through the school year Schedule: 35–40 hours/week | Follows school district calendar Setting: Elementary, Middle, and High School openings Pay: Weekly Pay: Up to $2,205 Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance. 401(k) and Flexible Spending Account Paid vacation time (eligibility required). Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP): Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success. Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports. Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems. Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth. Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals. Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications: Master’s degree in Communication Disorders, Speech, or Speech Audiology. Valid and current American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Valid and current Washington certification in Speech Language Pathology; or hold appropriate state license for position Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education. Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed, and engage actively in the role. Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
