Behavior Technician ABA As a Behavior Technician ABA at New Patterns ABA - MA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share a passion for providing compassionate and effective ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our in-home and community-based services focus on helping each individual discover their unique potential and achieve their goals. About the Role: As a Behavior Technician ABA, you will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients.
