Physical Therapist - $74K-90K per year

Overview Select Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist for a job in Chandler, Arizona. The position is Physical Therapist Outpatient (Pelvic Health/Ortho Split) located at 655 South Dobson Road, Suite B-111 Chandler, AZ 85224. This role is full-time, Monday-Friday and offers up to $20,000 bonus and $350/month student loan repayment. The outlet is part of a national network of specialty-trained pelvic health therapists. As a member you will improve access to pelvic health rehabilitation and help patients return to athletics, work, life, and enjoyment. Responsibilities Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations. Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients. Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors. Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager. Qualifications Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT school. Valid State Physical Therapist license. CPR certification.
