As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in a home health setting. Your expertise will help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Travel within assigned territories to provide care
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Current CA OT License, BLS, and valid driver's license required
- Auto insurance, auto registration, and annual TB test required
- MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), Flu (annual), drug screen, and physical required
