Logistics Supervisor

Plan and direct shipping and warehouse operations in alignment with the production plan Execute and oversee inbound, outbound, and internal logistics activities Define and optimize storage strategies Plan and allocate material orders based on production requirements Manage blade shipments according to the shipping plan Promote and lead a safe work environment Supervise Shipping/Warehouse staff Establish and maintain work procedures Provide guidance on the proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials Ensure compliance with quality standards Requirements 2-5 years experience Logistics, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Supervisor training or verified people leadership training HSE mandatory training completed, with focus on warehouse safety standards Minimum of 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations Experience operating and loading heavy equipment Background in transportation and logistics preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with MRP systems, timekeeping systems, and supply chain platforms Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in logistics and warehouse operations, including planning, directing shipping activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
