Production Supervisor

The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinate a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. General Maintains safe and clean work environment. Knowledge of production KPIs and communicate the KPIs to production staff. Evaluate and provide timely feedback on employee performance; motivate and develop a cohesive production team; maintain production and attendance records. Make timely decisions to maintain production output and quickly analyze situations and provide direction to production staff. Safety Understand how to preform root cause investigation and corrective actions. Waste Management and monitoring what is happening on the floor. Effectively communicate with Process / Maintenance when an issue needs to be, so it does not become a safety issue, or give direction due to production demand. Minimum Qualifications: Education – Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred Minimum 3-5 years related experience, Plastic Injection knowledge is a MUST.
