Benefits Competitive salary Free food & snacks Opportunity for advancement Training & development We Offer Full Time Employee Benefits 7 Paid Holidays a year Accrued time off starting with 2 weeks the first year Pay per billed client Healthcare stipend 401K employer match Comfortable, furnished offices and clinic environment W-2 Position, employer pays Medicare and Social security Bonus based on performance Compensation: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Responsibilities Hybrid schedule – clinicians set their own schedule for in-person or telehealth sessions based on client need Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes per company policy Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25–30 client visits per week for full‑time status Participate in local outreach to the community Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training Required Qualifications and Skills Clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, etc.) Must reside in Florida Master’s degree in a behavioral health field Experience with completing Biopsychosocial intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents on time Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellie Mental Health-Capital Region NY
