Make a Meaningful Impact. St. Camillus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director of Hospice Services to lead our growing hospice program. This executive leader will drive clinical excellence, operational performance, and regulatory compliance while ensuring compassionate, patient- and family-centered end-of-life care. What You’ll Do As Executive Director, you will: Provide strategic and operational leadership for hospice services Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Conditions of Participation (CoPs) and accreditation standards Oversee clinical operations, care delivery, documentation, and interdisciplinary team performance Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction outcomes Develop and manage departmental budgets in partnership with senior leadership Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing interdisciplinary team Strengthen relationships with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare providers Champion a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement What You’ll Bring RN License (Wisconsin) and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required 5+ years of hospice or home health experience , with strong regulatory knowledge 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice or related healthcare setting Expertise in compliance, surveys, audits, and accreditation processes Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and achieve quality outcomes Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Why St. Camillus?
