About the Salesperson Role Entry-level sales position supporting the DIY business, focused on customer service, inventory management, and in‑store dealership services. The role can be part‑time or full‑time and requires a basic knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and retail procedures. Primary Responsibilities Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls. Achieve personal sales goals and help the store achieve its sales objectives. Offer DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, and other basic automotive tasks. Maintain store product and operational standards. Perform inventory processes such as truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, and back‑stock organization. Secondary Responsibilities Maintain store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot. Assist with general stocking, including truck stocking and back‑stocking.
