Part-Time Personal Care Aide

Shenandoah Personal Care Senior Living Community | Shenandoah, PA

Shenandoah Personal Care Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive senior living environment. No prior experience is necessary—facility training for medication administration is provided.

Schedule

• Part-Time

• 10pm-6am

• Every Other Weekend and Holiday Required

Pay Rate

• $14.00–$15.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Shift Differential available

About the Role

As a Personal Care Aide , you will provide daily care, assistance, and companionship to residents while ensuring their needs are met according to individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, following facility-provided training

• Assist and support residents during mealtimes

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support

• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and promote their dignity and independence

• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High school diploma or GED required

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care

• Previous experience is not required; training is provided
