Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations: Man the fryers and ensure the cooking process is efficient and meets our quality standards.
• Food Preparation: Assist the Chef and Sous Chef with food preparation tasks to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Food Safety: Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at your assigned station, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred, particularly in a fry cook role.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
