Job Duties:

• Keep the warehouse running by loading, unloading, and moving products
• Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy
• Use scanners and handhelds to track every move (training included)
• Stay strong on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Follow safety rules to keep yourself and your crew safe

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory, receiving, and shipping transactions
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; ability to operate a pallet jack required
• Comfortable using barcode scanners, shipping software, and warehouse technology
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with specifications
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify equipment or maintenance issues
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Experience operating cable cutting equipment is a plus
