The Assistant Account Manager works under the direction of the Account Manager II or Account Manager I to serve and interact with customers, prepare orders for production, and perform other clerical support. Basic Qualifications: * Minimum high school diploma or GED along with some customer service experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
* Must possess a capacity and willingness to learn a variety of computer software applications including, but not limited to, order entry and job ticket systems.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - 40 hours/week * Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week
