Shift Differential: Evenings and Nights $2.00/hourly
The Certified Nurse's Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting nursing staff and providing essential care to patients. This position involves assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under nursing supervision
- Assist patients with bathing, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Communicate effectively with residents and healthcare team members
- Support teamwork and collaboration within the care environment
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all patient needs are met
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in resident care and vital signs monitoring
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good time management skills
- Positive attitude
- Skills in bathing, feeding, and assisting with ADLs
