Medical Director - Pediatric Unit

Pediatric Unit Director
Lead and oversee the Pediatric Unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective team management.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of physicians and healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the delivery of pediatric care.
Collaborate with other medical directors and hospital administration to optimize departmental performance.
Medical Degree in Pediatric Hospital Medicine or related field.
Active medical license in the state of North Carolina.
Demonstrated expertise in pediatrics and a passion for working with pediatric patients.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in pediatric medicine.
Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
