Front Desk Clerk (Part Time) We are looking for a friendly and proactive Front Desk Clerk to provide top‑class service at the front of the hotel. The role is key to the overall guest experience. Hourly rate: $17 per hour. Responsibilities Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times. Maintain a high level of service and hospitality. Promptly and effectively address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction. Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures. Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism. Know the hotel brand, travel programs, and special offers. Communicate with departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns. Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and front‑desk assistance requests.
