Position Summary

Role summary: The Director, Software Engineer leads the execution and delivery of complex software and AI/ML systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with strategic objectives. What you'll do

• Lead execution of complex software, data, and ML systems ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration across platforms.
• Oversee full software development lifecycle, championing DevOps practices and system health monitoring to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver AI/ML‑enabled features and agentic systems for automation and decisions support.
• Manage engineering capacity, backlog prioritization, and cloud cost optimization to enhance velocity and reduce operational overhead.
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams, fostering professional growth and succession planning aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional effort to align roadmaps, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, risk mitigation, and effective technical decision making.

The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Option 2: 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

3 years' supervisory experience.
