Senior Financial Analyst

Finance partner to field operations at a multi-site consumer business with an unlimited-visit membership. Own site and portfolio analysis that informs pricing, labor, capital, and unit economics. What you’ll do Own site-level P&Ls and compare actuals to budget, forecast, and last year Benchmark locations and explain gaps using volume, labor, and membership mix Build per-visit unit economics (labor, utilities, maintenance, and other direct costs) Track throughput and capacity at the site and lane level Analyze membership performance: mix, penetration, churn, win-back, and LTV vs. acquisition cost Measure how one-time visits convert into members, by site and region Support price testing across single-visit offers and membership tiers Work with Marketing on promotion, discount, and acquisition ROI Deliver a weekly flash and a monthly KPI pack for leadership (volume, ticket, membership, churn, labor rate) Run or support annual budgets and rolling forecasts, site and consolidated Turn results into clear operating actions for ops and regional leaders Help with cash and working-capital views as needed Handle ad hoc analysis for Finance and the exec team What you bring Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus 3+ years FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in multi-unit retail, QSR, fitness, or another high-volume membership business Strong Excel. You have built unit-econ, pro forma, and ROI/payback models yourself Real work on subscription or membership revenue, including churn and retention Comfortable in Power BI or Tableau, and with POS and ERP data Regular use of generative AI to speed modeling, analysis, commentary, and reporting, with good judgment on what still needs a human check Clear communicator with non-finance operators Interest in using AI/automation on forecasts, anomaly flags, and repeating reports PE-backed or fast multi-unit growth experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Pareto Solutions Group, Inc.
