Manage software artifacts like Implementation plans, code peer review checklists, etc as part of the Release implementation process and adhere to SLAs for task acceptances and closures. Help the team bring in efficiency in Release implementation process Experience in working with JIRA and Service Now or related tools Nice to have – Developer experience in any ETL or API-related (JAVA or Python) technology so the person can related to artifacts going in to Production
