• Facility / Setting: Red Rocks Care Center - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC nurse)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 4/6/2026 - End: 7/6/2026)
• Shift: 12 Hour Days (07:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel LPN / Travel nursing contract

Job Requirements

• Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in the state of New Mexico (compact licenses accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care, nursing home, or similar LTC setting
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (travel nurse schedule)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
• Monitor, assess, and document resident health status, changes, and care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (RNs, CNAs, therapists, social work) to ensure optimal resident outcomes
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and care coordination as needed
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and long-term care best practices
