Senior Legal Support Analyst

Role Summary The Senior Legal Support Analyst (LSA) provides consistent mentoring, training, and professional development for LSAs, supports firm attorneys and clients, and maintains confidentiality and positive relationships with attorneys, outside counsel, staff, clients, and vendors under general supervision. Responsibilities Mentor and train Legal Support Analysts. Provide support on projects handled by LSAs. Manage docket and workload for Information Disclosure Statement filings and/or annuity and maintenance fee payments. Communicate directly with clients and vendors with minimal oversight. Collaborate with the LSA Supervisor on professional development of LSAs. Ensure timely and efficient workflow of docketed and/or attorney‑requested items. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of patent rules and regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Patent Prosecution process and docketing. Strong knowledge of IP docketing systems and form generation systems. Proficiency with PTO platforms: Patent Center, EFS, PAIR, EPAS, WIPO, and PTO Financial Supervisor. Familiarity with foreign patent prosecution timelines. Exemplary client‑service skills and ability to interact with all levels of firm personnel, vendors, and contractors. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Capability to multitask in a demanding, deadline‑driven environment. High level of attention to detail and proofreading skills. Ability to type standard correspondence, memoranda, and similar material from written material or dictation. Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Minimum of five years of relevant work experience with demonstrated expertise.
