Responsibilities Oversight of medication administration Quarterly nursing assessments of all individuals on caseload Oversight of medical/clinical case management for the individuals living in the residences, including interacting with community providers, and communicating medical/nursing needs/orders to other members of the team Training unlicensed assistive personnel on the medical/nursing/clinical needs of the individuals, and providing direction and education on how to meet those needs Using agency's electronic medical record system for documentation purposes Compensation & Schedule Minimum Salary: $75,866.54/year Maximum Salary: $75,866.54/year Schedule: M-F flexible schedule, no on‑call expectations, no evenings, no weekends, no mandates, and all 17 observed holidays off.
